Job Description:
This position will provide Change Management expertise supporting Technical Operations. Candidate will play a key role in ensuring effective design and deployment of change management strategy for major initiatives to help people be successful in charge. Additionally, the Change Manager will support Global Business Operations projects and changes.
Responsibilities:
- Apply change management process and tools to create strategy for sustained adoption of change
- Lead and manage change readiness, change and people impact assessments
- Conduct CM training and workshops to develop Change leadership skills in organization
- Develop content and Facilitate CM discussions in Community of Practice sessions
- Provide Change management training and consultation for business partners.
- Proactive planning to manage and mitigate potential areas of change resistance
- Serve as a Change Lead for major Tech Ops change initiative
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in change management role in the life sciences and/healthcare or biopharma, industry required.
- Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts
- Experience in mindset change, systems deployment, implementation, and lifecycle management,
- Change Management Certification is preferred (PROSCI, CCMP)
- BA or BS required, in Business Management/Science/Social science/Engineering/English or IT
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $52.00 - $58.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
