Job Posting: Order Puller (Parts Warehouse Associate)
Are you detail-oriented and skilled in warehouse operations? Join our team as an Order Puller (Parts Warehouse Associate) in Adairsville, GA! In this role, you will directly contribute to the smooth functioning of our warehouse by performing various tasks, including receiving, sorting, picking stock, packaging orders, and processing orders accurately. As an Order Puller, you will use material handling equipment and your exceptional organizational skills to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of parts to meet our customer demands.
Job Functions:
- Retrieves parts from storage space as directed by pick ticket using proper lifting techniques and equipment
- Visually identifies part numbers on parts and compares to bar code scanner for accuracy
- Places picked parts with appropriate paperwork into containers assigned to the order; places container on the conveyor to be packed and shipped in preparation for loading trucks
- Builds kits of parts as assigned
- Re-package parts from local vendors as needed
- Unloads incoming trucks, stages parts’ crates or boxes in appropriate area for receiving
- Counts parts in containers to compare actual count to paperwork accompanying incoming shipment
- Makes appropriate notations on paperwork to indicate accuracy of incoming shipment
- Stages incoming parts in appropriate area for eventual storage
- Puts parts in storage location by reaching, lifting or using lift truck equipment
- Performs cycle counts or periodic inventories by counting parts in a specific location and comparing count to the count on record
- Uses a computer/scanner to perform warehouse tasks
- Ensures that the Parts Department is maintained in a clean, orderly, safe and secure manner and report deficiencies.

- Must use appropriate PPE including but not limited to safety toe shoes/boots and safety glasses.
- Regular and reliable attendance is required.
Job Qualifications:
- Warehouse, shipping/receiving, parts picking experience preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Experience with Radio Frequency (RF) Scanners.
- Experience with forklift, order selector and stand-up reach lift truck.
