Order Processing Specialist (7550)
Responsibilities:
- Enter Customer Orders
- Review orders for accuracy, promotions or special pricing
- Organize shipping paperwork from warehouse & scan into system
- Respond to customer questions regarding various topics including product pricing and availability, shipping information and basic technical information
- Work with computer programs including on-line vendor systems and Microsoft Excel to obtain and/or compile information for further analysis and/or processing
- Communicate with co-workers, management, customers, vendors and others in a courteous and professional manner
Qualifications:
- Some College courses completed
- 2 to 5 years relevant work experience in a Customer Service role
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Quick learner
- Quick and accurate typing skills
- Able to multi-task priorities and tasks
- Attention to detail - accurate and thorough
- Teamwork - must work well with others and under pressure
- Ability to troubleshoot and good problem solving skills
- Strong math skills
- Proficient on the computer including Microsoft applications - Excel
- Great Plains experience is a plus
