With a customer base of over 12,000+ satisfied customers, we are running up as being the top brands in the industry on Amazon, and E-commerce.

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Order Picker - Social Media Editor to join the team at Arsa Fitness, emphasis on reliable. As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently selecting and preparing customer orders for shipment and be able to differentiate them, for example, various sizes, styles, and designs of lever belts which will be packed. This is a fast-paced position that requires organizational, and time management skills and the ability to work well in a solo environment with no supervisor. Your first 3 days will be busy in training, after which you waive the right to either continue working in the rigorous environment, or to bail. On the other hand as a Social Media Editor at Arsa Fitness, we expect that you are handy with Canva, Photoroom, and proficient in Excel as well. To produce content for instagram, as well as our website, ArsaFitness.com (If not proficient in excel thats fine.) An employment experience at Arsa Fitness is for those who are willing to consider this company as their own, not as a job, but as a passion.

Note: After the first 3 weeks of employment, if we deem that a raise is permissable we will do so.

Responsibilities:

- 15-17 Hour Commitment a week
- Using online platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, and Tiktok Shop to print labels, and packing slips to than box, tape, and pack orders.
- Order contents will include but not limited to, lever belts, t-shirts, lifting straps, wrist wraps, hoodies, tracksuits, and more.
- Perform quality control checks on items prior to shipping to ensure customers are satisfied.
- Pack and label items for shipment according to company standards.

- Prepare and label Amazon shipments for Arsa Fitness, and for Fulfilled by Amazon shipments.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with inventory counts and document in excel sheet, according to part numbers and locations of units.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Order Picker, and previous experience working with Canva, or photoshop/ photoroom or in a similar role preferred, not necessary.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and procedures, operating tape gun, boxing, picking, organizing based on items etc.
- Ability to lift heavy packages (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks as required.

- Highschool Diploma/ Associates Degree
