A large grocery store chain with locations across the US has multiple Order Picker positions available on their Swing shift team! This opportunity is direct hire and you will be working in a Union. After a 90-day probation period, you are eligible for amazing benefits and a pay raise!
Because products need to be kept fresh, you’ll be working in a cold storage facility that has 50-to-20-degree temperatures. This company offers 100% paid benefits, opportunity to get 3 bonuses throughout your first year, and a pension. After 90 days $1000, 6 months $500, 1 year $1500!

Order PickerJob Duties:

• Order picking using a vocollect
• Operating an Electric Pallet Jack Rider
• Maintaining pick goals

Schedule: 4:00pm - 1:00am

• Rotating days of the week including weekends. Must be able to work both Saturday and Sunday

• Overtime required per need

Pay: $19.92/ - $20.22 per hour

• Eligible for a pay increase after 90 days: $22.76/hr - $25.60/hr
• Bonuses: 90 days $1000, 6 months $500, 1 year $1500

Order PickerJob Requirements:

• 1 year experience as an Order Picker and operating an Electric Pallet Jack Rider
• Experience using a vocollect
• Experience working in a cold storage
• Ability to stand on your feet for 10-12 hours a day
• Ability to lift 50 to 75lbs consecutively and repetitively
• Must have open availability including Saturdays and Sundays
