LED Phantom is currently seeking a Order Fulfillment Coordinator responsible for the efficient handling of company’s Order Fulfillments. The position reports to the Controller. A successful Fulfillments Coordinator is a reliable professional with excellent record-keeping abilities that takes ownership of quality and accuracy of fulfillment operations, delivery, and pick-up scheduling. They possess great attention to detail and a business mindset. Their primary goal is to ensure we deliver outstanding customer service by processing fulfillments and coordinating with customers ensuring timely deliveries and pickups.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Fulfillments:
- Identify the best method to fulfill (locations, routing)
- Process and/or schedule fulfillments within 1-hour of receiving sales order from Sales team
- Schedule releases of fulfillments based on ship date and warehouse schedule
- Be fully familiar with daily warehouse fulfillment and delivery capacity
- Clearly communicate best-case estimates of fulfillment lead times to sales
- Answer calls and inquiries from customers on order status, tracking, ETA
- Address customer issues related to fulfillments (quantity, correct SKU, pick up and drop offs etc.)
- Inventory:
- Assist in daily cycle count verifications from the counts turned in by WH Associates
- Spot check picked orders for accuracy and report discrepancies to Warehouse Supervisor
- Monitor transfer order activity and recommend appropriate SKUs and quantities to be inventoried at main warehouse and 3PL, with the aim to make fulfillments efficient and cost effective.
- Schedule Local deliveries, UPS, LTL.
- Tracking shipping updates and communicating to sales / customers.
- Support logistics, warehouse and finance department when need help.
- Any other tasks assigned by the direct manager based on the changing needs of the business.

Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

- This role in a Monday – Friday, 7:00-3:30P in person position located in our Addison office.

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
