Position Summary:
The Order Fulfillment team reviews filings and takes the necessary steps to complete online orders. The team updates entity information in the system, scans/uploads documents, prepare and assist with EINs and mails completed filings to our clients.
Skills and Experience:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Word, Adobe and Internet
- Strong research skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Follow rules and procedures as indicated
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced work environment
- Be well adapted to pressure and be able to meet deadlines
- Focus and attention to detail are a must
- Ability to contribute to a team environment as well as function independently

Position Responsibilities:
- Sorts through mail received from mail team and distributes as necessary
- Verifies correct and complete documents are received from the state
- Prepare SS-4 and submit EIN applications through EIN bot, IRS website or by fax
- Prepare S-Corp election (form 2553)
- Submit Corporate kit orders to vendor
- Ship welcome packages along with filing evidences/ state certified documents
- Monitors and upload documents located in scanning folder within set deadlines
- Categorize documents
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.
