As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated Order Fulfillment Associate to join our team and contribute to the efficient processing of customer orders.

Position Overview:

As an Order Fulfillment Associate at Kawaii Slime Company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and with the utmost care. This position involves packing and preparing orders for both business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) customers. The ideal candidate will have a keen attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders in a timely manner.
• Ensure that all orders are packed with care and meet the company's quality standards.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to maintain an organized and efficient workspace.
• Utilize Shopify, our e-commerce platform, to process and manage orders.
• Perform basic quality checks on products before packing to identify any defects or issues.
• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate order processing and shipping activities.

Qualifications:

• No prior experience is necessary, but attention to detail and a commitment to quality are essential.
• Familiarity with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms is a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members.
• Physical ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.
