Order Filler/Picker

Position Details:

• Job type: Part Time Order Filler
• Hours: 20-30 hours/week, 3-5 days/week, Monday-Friday
• Pay: Starting at $20-23/hr
• Location: 1120 International Parkway, Fredericksburg, VA
• Start Date: April 2024

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Pick items from designated locations within the warehouse according to order specifications
• Pack items securely and efficiently, ensuring proper labeling and documentation
• Stocking and restocking inventory
• Inspecting items for damage prior to packing for shipment
• Assist with inventory management, including cycle counting and stock replenishment
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals
• Maintains organization and cleanliness of workspace and fulfillment center
• Always follows safety protocols

Requirements:

• Must be 21+ years old
• Previous experience as an Order Filler or similar role preferred
• Familiarity with order fulfillment processes in a warehouse or distribution center setting
• Proficient in using RF scanners and other order picking equipment
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform repetitive tasks, as this role involves heavy lifting of up to 60lbs
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment
• Basic computer skills required
• Must pass background check
