SalaryJoin the dedicated team as an Order Filler and contribute to the seamless fulfillment of customer orders. As an Order Filler, you will be responsible for accurately picking and packing products, ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of goods to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Order Picking:
- Utilize picking lists, order sheets, or RF devices to accurately locate and select products from warehouse shelves.
- Ensure that the correct quantity and type of items are picked for each customer order.
- Packing and Labeling:
- Pack selected items securely in appropriate packaging, following company standards.
- Apply labels and other necessary documentation to each package for accurate tracking and shipment.
- Quality Control:
- Conduct visual inspections of products to identify and report any defects or discrepancies.
- Collaborate with supervisors to maintain high-quality standards in order fulfillment.
- Safety Compliance:
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while operating equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Report any safety concerns or incidents promptly to the supervisor.
- Inventory Management:
- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records by updating stock levels as items are selected.
- Participate in regular stock counts and audits as required.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with other Order Fillers, warehouse staff, and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow.
- Communicate any issues or delays in fulfilling orders promptly.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Order Filler or in a similar role preferred.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects regularly.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in order picking and packing.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
