Order Entry Specialist

In this role, you will...

• Responsible for entering all new orders in systems
• Obtain real estate tax information and update the file with the information
• Order mortgage payoff if the customer requires by calling current lender
• Follow up on late searches with abstractor
• Assist Escrow and Title teams with clearance (commitment and document review)
• Forward Customer Service/Escalation calls to management
• Proficiency in Liberty Title operating systems and internal search engines
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Orders inbox review and sort into sub folders or send to specific departments to be completed
• Send all new orders to SoftPro Open Orders
• Complete all orders in the KS Bank and Valley West Que
• Complete the Tax and Title Update requests from the previous day if any are left over
• Clear out the Searches inbox
• Start on Confirmations
• Go through the orders in box to ensure all outstanding orders have been opened and ordered and confirmations are complete
• Go through the searches que to follow up on any outstanding searches and advise on delays
• Go through the tax que to follow up on any outstanding Taxes and advise on the delays
• Perform all other duties as assigned

You possess…

• A high school diploma
• Previous experience in real estate or title industry preferred
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
• Excellent organizational skills
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Positive customer service attitude
