Job Summary – Basic Functions:
- Review and input incoming purchase orders
- Call or e-mail customers with follow-up questions regarding their orders
- Prepare and send order acknowledgements
- Prepare job folders for order tracking and invoicing
- Answer customer questions regarding products, order status, etc.
- Prepare and review shipping documents
- Prepare and send purchase orders
- Update customer information, as needed
Abilities Required:
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel
- Good writing skills
- Willingness to take on new responsibilities
