Salaryposition will work very closely with farm workers and Orchard management while assisting in Orchard HR matters and management of H2A guest worker program.
Responsibilities include:
- Orchard interview and hiring of farm workers
- Provide support to orchard staff with payroll procedures
- Provide link of communication between management and orchard staff to answer any questions and concerns on Company Policy and personnel matters.
- Work closely with other HR/H2A team members in the management of H2A program to ensure compliance on documentation and procedures
- Support the HR team as needed in the training of new supervisors on Company Policy and procedures
- Ability to multi-task and change directions at moments notice
Qualifications:
- Computer literate, Microsoft office programs
- Must be bilingual, English and Spanish
- Clean driving record for insurance purposes
- Previous experience in HR and/or H2A a plus
- Good communication skills
- Team player and positive attitude
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
