Job Description
Salary: $110,00 - 140,000/year
Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
- Responsible for planning, scoping and leading implementations of new financial reporting initiatives.
- Recommend and implement changes to applications and processes to meet business requirements or to increase efficiency.
- Research, troubleshoot, and resolve Hyperion issues by working in collaboration with Aramark business users, other IT team members and Oracle Corporation’s Hyperion support technicians.
- Implement and support Hyperion EPM, Essbase, ODI, Smartview, Financial Reporting Studio, EPMA, DRM.
- Ensure compliance with Audit, SOX & ITGC requirements.
- Train and grow staff to develop Hyperion Essbase And Hyperion Planning Environments, including Outlines, Load Rules, Calculation Scripts, Partitions, Web Forms And Security
- Responsible for determining when monthly financial report publishing tasks, data copies, archives, and application maintenance is needed.
- Responsible for developing and delivering end-user training.
- Proactively drive enhancement to allow for continuous automation, streamlining of processes
- Performs other duties as assigned or requested.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Deep technical knowledge and expertise with the following Hyperion tool set:
- HFM
- Essbase
- Oracle Data Integrator (ODI)
- Oracle EBS, load Hyperion data to EBS, and run various MAXL scripts that run calculations on Hyperion data
- EPM Workspace
- Data Relationship Management (DRM)
- SmartView
- Core understanding of Hyperion Financial Reporting, Work Force planning and Capital Asset Planning modules is required.
- Expert in application support including problem analysis and resolution
- Able to work as a liaison between the business community and IT technical team
- Capable of working in a fast paced, dynamic, team-oriented environment.
- Possesses excellent problem solving and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Willing to respond to urgent work request situations outside of regular business hours
- Should be able to work independently under minimal supervision and lead and mentor team
- Flexibility and ability to adapt quickly to new tasks/challenges.
