Statement of Work:
Contractor will be modernizing the financial business processes for USAC, to include implementing Oracle EBS. There are two workstreams - one for the Federal Universal Service Fund and one for the commercial USAC entity. The work includes Discovery, Design, Build, Test, Cutover, and Hypercare.

Required skills/Level of Experience:
- Experience implementing Oracle EBS 12.x within Federal, to include understanding/analyzing client requirements, running discovery workshops, designing to-be process in Oracle, and configuring the system
- Significant experience with Budget to Report (Fed Admin, GL) and Order to Cash (Billing, Receivables)
- Ability to work in a team
- Good analysis and communication skills
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Word
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong Federal functional and Federal accounting skills.
- Experience working with Confluence and Jira
