Job Description
We are seeking qualified candidates with strong accounting and finance experience to join our diverse team as a Sales Planning Senior Consultant. This position will also require working in the Oracle Planning Cloud and/or related business processes as a leader as both a functional and technical consultant for customers across various industries. As a Sales Planning Senior Consultant, the primary responsibility of this role is to successfully design and build Planning Cloud solutions and to work with other technical team members in the delivery of EPM solutions while providing leading practice business process solutions to our customers. This role expects that the candidate should be able to fill the role as an EPM expert as a part of a team and/or independently with limited supervision.

Required Skills and Experience:
- Must have 5-7+ years of Oracle Cloud EPM/Hyperion implementation experience.
- Experience leading at least 5 full lifecycle Oracle Planning Cloud implementations.
- Experience designing, architecting, and implementing Oracle Sales Planning Cloud solutions.
- Experience implementing prebuilt frameworks and/or modules such as Financials, Workforce, Capex, Projects, and/or Strategic Modeling
- Experience leading a team of consultants and properly managing deliverables.
- Strong knowledge of the Enterprise Planning business processes and financial reporting required.
- Strong Essbase calculation script and business rules writing skills required.
- Experience recommending roadmaps and implementation plans.
- Experience with Data Management and Enterprise Data Management is a plus.
- Experience with other EPM business processes is a plus.
- Partner with our team of consultants to leverage industry trends and client needs to develop solutions with significant value for the customer.
- Lead complex and strategic sales cycles including qualifying opportunities, leading business process discovery sessions, building customer presentations, preparing proposals, and owning the close process.
- Contribution to internal thought leadership and intellectual property
- Eagerness to manage and mentor project team members.
- Ability to scope project level of effort, assess options, and interact with clients to provide leading practice guidance.
- Ability to travel within the United States, if required by the client

- Residence within the Houston, Texas area is preferred, but remote candidates will be considered.
