This is a temporary contract position with a six-month term.

We are looking for an Oracle Database Administrator to join an exciting project that is kicking off now. We have a strong team that is getting ready to plan and execute the implementation of Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) and Single Sign On (SSO) for an influential client that is eager to support our success.

We are looking for an Oracle Database Administrator with experience with MFA / SSO, and also curious and interested in doing work like integrating applications with Oracle Access Manager / LDAP.

The right candidate will be joining a new project, but they will be supported by a solid DBA team with experience and knowledge in the system.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:

+ Serve as the lead for the database administration team on the project

+ Managing the DBA-related open SRs for the project

+ Securing access control by developing and maintaining policies, procedures, and controls

+ Regular reporting to the project team you work with

+ Clone Oracle applications and non-oracle application databases as needed to support project-specific development and testing efforts

+ Potential configurations for Identity and Oracle Access Manager

+ Setup Oracle Replication using Data guard

+ Backup and recovery with strong RMAN skills

Required Skills and Experience:

+ Clearance Required: Must be able to obtain.

+ Minimum 9+ years of experience in IT

+ Minimum 5+ years of experience in Oracle Applications, Database & Fusion Middleware administration on enterprise-level platforms running on Solaris and Linux

+ Minimum 5-7 years of experience in designing/managing/administering Oracle 9i/11g/12c databases on RAC and non-RAC - 24 x7 environments.

+ Experience with the latest versions of Oracle EBS, broad experience with Oracle functional capabilities, and expertise with enterprise-level scale and performance requirements

+ Extensive hands-on Oracle administration experience on 11gR2 & 12c databases

+ Experience with Identity components and Oracle Access Manager

+ Experience Single Sign On is required

Desired Qualifications:

+ Experience integrating applications with Oracle Access Manager / LDAP
