SalarySt. Mary Medical Center, a member of Trinity Health, Mid-Atlantic, is looking for experienced Operating Room Nurse Manager to join our team!
St Mary Medical Center, a level II Trauma Center offers a variety of services, including adult and pediatric emergency care, cardiology, oncology as an affiliate of Penn Medicine, orthopedics, maternity care, a full spectrum of surgical services, and advanced non-invasive treatment, among others.
A registered professional nurse who has the responsibility, authority and accountability for first line management activities related to the clinical, financial and personnel management of the scheduling office and Operating Room on a 24/7 basis. This person leads the unit in a goal-directed manner and plans, coordinates, implements, and evaluates nursing operations for the Operating Room.
Requirements:
- Preferred - 2 years of supervisory experience. CNOR, Masters Degree, and ACLS, Trauma Certification.
- Required - 3 years of experience in related field of clinical practice, BLS, PA RN License
