SalaryOur clinic is seeking on Optician / Check Out Receptionist to join our team. Our team works directly with patients, so customer service is a MUST. Opticians are responsible for assisting patients with frame and lens selection: therefore, must be knowledgeable about different types of lenses and enhancements. Opticians will also be responsible for all eyewear dispenses, adjustments, and repairs. In addition to opticial, this position will also be responsible for answering incoming calls, scheduling new and existing patient appointments, directing calls to appropriate staff, collecting payments including copays, deductibles, and account balances at time of check out. This position may also have to assist patients with contact lens purchases, questions, and training .Our patients expect fast and friendly service, so all members of our staff must have the ability to multitask. All members of our team will work together to ensure all patient needs are met.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
