Are you a LMFT/LCSW/LPCC that wants to be the catalyst for a family, child, or an individual's ability to change the trajectory of their lives in a way they would prefer? That's what we are looking for at Izzo Marriage & Family Therapy, PC.
We are seeking Licensed Clinicians who have a flexible start date. At Izzo, we structure our organization so that our clinicians can focus on their passion, helping others. With that being said, we have a team that will support you in becoming credentialed with multiple insurances, provide you with referrals, and handle all billing matters.
The credentialing process can take anywhere from 3-6 months, so we are looking to start the interviewing process as soon as possible to get qualified candidates on track with becoming credentialed.

Job Description

As an LMFT/LCSW/LPCC at Izzo Marriage and Family Therapy, PC you:
- Love working with children, parents, and families

- Maintain a minimum caseload of 25 clients scheduled per week, including: notes; treatment plans; dx; and clinical enrichment as needed to support clients.
- Work a remote schedule

- Take advantage of the resources, training, and coaching that is offered to all of the associates and Licensed Clinicians with the intention of these offerings being to help you develop, grow, and achieve your professional and personal goals
- Are open to working with young children and openly receive the training and support to help you become the best child therapist you can be within our fiercely independent and collaborative community.
- Meet with your licensed consult group weekly, attend company meetings, and individual Professional Development meetings.
Compensation Structure
Licensed Clinicians are required to see a minimum of 25 client hour sessions seen per week. Upon hire, new Licensed Clinicians earn a rate of $60 per full client hour session as they work on building their caseload. Once they consistently meet the caseload minimum requirement of 25 client hour sessions/week, they will begin earning an annual salary of $105,000 with opportunities to earn performance bonuses.
* Please note that pay is hourly based on the number of clients seen per week; the session length; and Jr. Associate, Sr. Associate or Licensed Clinician status.
Requirements:Job Requirements
- Hold a LMFT/LCSW/LPCC license in California
