Optician-No Nights Or Weekends!

Northwest Vision Institute, PLLC is an established practice with Bellevue and Kirkland offices. Our doctors and ophthalmic technicians work closely with the optical to provide the very best care and service for our patients. Our staff are fun, professional, and collaborative and we love team members who are open to new challenges and creative problem solving! We are currently hiring a full time efficient and energetic optician to be part of our Kirkland optical team. This position may support both our Bellevue and Totem Lake clinics.

Optician duties will include:
Frame and lens selection
Understanding the ins and outs of hardware insurance benefits
Frame adjustment
Prescription and glasses troubleshooting
Strong organization skills
Excellent communication skills
Meeting with vendors and helping to maintain the inventory and frame board with the support of the team
Fluency with computer skills and learning necessary skills in EHR is a must
ABO-NCLE licensing is preferred but not required. Additional support and training on the job can be provided as needed.

Pay: $17.00 - $30.00 per hour
