Optician- Glasses Sales. Training Provided

Eyecare Associates of Nampa is seeking a full-time Optician. The ideal person must be able to work with our large base of customers by delivering quality optical care and outstanding, friendly customer service. Training Provided!

Job Responsibilities

• Excellent sales and communication skills to assist patients with selecting the proper ophthalmic frame and lens selection
• Work with patients in adjusting and repairing eyeglasses
• Submitting glasses orders in a timely manner and following up with orders
• Excellent customer service skills to include the handling of unsatisfied or disgruntled patients
• Scheduling follow up appointments

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven customer service skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Computer literate
• High School diploma or equivalent
