DUTIES
- Assist customers in selecting and fitting eyeglasses and contact lenses based on their prescription and personal preferences
- Take accurate measurements of customers' eyes and facial features to ensure proper fit and alignment of eyewear
- Educate customers on lens options, coatings, and other enhancements to meet their visual needs
- Adjust and repair eyewear as needed to ensure comfort and functionality for customers
- Maintain inventory of eyeglass frames, contact lenses, and other optical products
- Keep accurate records of customer prescriptions, orders, and payments
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or issues promptly
REQUIREMENTS
ABO/NCLE certified
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of retail math, physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, ophthalmology, medical records, medical billing, retail sales, and sales techniques
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately measure and fit eyewear
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism
- Proficient computer skills for record keeping and order processing

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $28.55 - $34.30 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 25 per week
