Responsibilites
- Build strong relationships with customers to establish a loyal client base.
- Maintain store visual objectives and cleanliness.
- Coordinate and process orders and ensure timely delivery from external lab for lenses.
- Maintain accuracy in measurements, adjustments, and fitting of eyewear.
- Maintain store alignment with the brand's vision in terms of customer interactions, store aesthetics, and ambiance.
- Ensure finished eyewear meets optical standards and client expectations.
- Explain prescription terminology and product offerings to clients.
- Provide exceptional service and meet all client needs.
- Collaborate with Client Experience Specialists to improve practices.
- Display a willingness to learn and grow.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Optical Salesperson or licensed optician.
- Preferably licensed in optical dispensing, etc. specifically in New York State.
- Very comfortable to adjust thick acetate frames.
-Demonstrated success in enhancing customer experiences and driving revenue growth.
- Highly energetic with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Team player with a high degree of emotional intelligence.
- Possess a stylish demeanor and have insightful knowledge of the local retail market.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Independent and organized work habits are necessary.
- Passion for selling high-end eyewear to customers.
- Keeps up to date with product knowledge and fashion trends to drive sales.
- Resourceful.
- Computer skills.
