Optical Sales Associate

Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and assist them in finding the products they need
• Provide product information, answer questions, and address customer concerns
• Consult with customers to understand their needs and preferences related to merchandise.
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
• Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions
• Places orders for specialty prescription lenses

• Applicants should possess strong spelling, typing and computer skills

Qualifications:

• Previous retail or sales experience highly preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• On-the-job training provided for the right candidate
• Ability to obtain State and National Optician Licenses

As an Optical Sales Associate, you will serve as part of our patient health care team providing sight for life and supporting our growing network of patients and doctors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36.5 – 40 per week
