As an Optical Representative you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support within an optical practice. Your responsibilities will primarily revolve around ensuring efficient operations and communication between patients, staff and management. The key responsibilities associated with the role include the following:
1) Administrative Support- answer phone calls, schedule appointments, greet patients and assist with the necessary paperwork, as well as handle billing and process payments.
2) Customer Service- provide excellent customer service and assist patients with their necessary needs.
3) Communication- assist with communicating effectively with optometrist, other staff members, and patients.
4) Technical Support
