Pearle Vision is seeking a motivated, self-starter with great organizational and managerial skills to help guide them into continued growth. With two locations, 4 doctors, and several staff members – we are seeking someone who can collaborate with the other managers to grow a positive work culture, give great service to our patients, and ensure the business is operating efficiently.
You will be working for a locally-owned, community-valued business that has been serving patients from all parts of Sioux Falls and surrounding towns extending to patients traveling in from hours away. The offices strive to ensure we have the most up-to-date equipment, clean facilities, and resources to facilitate staying at the leading edge of the services that we provide to our patients. Your focus will be on ensuring a great experience is maintained from the first point of contact through the completion of fulfilling that patient’s visual needs and creating an atmosphere that the patient wants to return to for periodic adjustments or future eyewear and eyecare needs. Strong HR skills are desired with an ambition to cultivate a high-energy, team-driven, positive work culture. The right candidate must be willing to grow with the position long-term, take and give constructive feedback, be able to understand and track various business metrics and KPI’s, have flexibility with their schedule, be team-oriented, and have strong organizational and communication skills.
