Position Overview: The Opportunity Development Expert – Sales Focus is pivotal in driving our sales engine forward, combining keen market insight with a relentless pursuit of new business opportunities. Your role will involve strategic prospecting, identifying, and engaging potential clients, and laying the groundwork for impactful sales initiatives. With a direct influence on our sales strategy and results, you'll not only scout opportunities but actively participate in the initial sales process, setting the stage for deepened client relationships and successful deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategically identify and pursue new business opportunities, emphasizing the creation and nurturing of sales leads in the water, wastewater, and related industrial sectors.
• Act as a frontline sales ambassador, engaging with potential clients to uncover their needs and introduce our solutions, setting the foundation for meaningful sales conversations.
• Seamlessly collaborate with senior sales teams to ensure opportunities are developed and transitioned effectively, contributing directly to sales pipeline growth.
• Utilize advanced CRM tools to manage and track leads, ensuring a robust follow-up process and maximizing conversion rates.
• Represent our company at industry events and conferences, employing your sales acumen to promote our products and services.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
