YOUR TASKS
- Cooperate in the designing of work systems with the aim of improving the productivity of production process flows under ergonomic aspects.
- Use MTM analysis to improve line balancing to reduce wastes.
- Update the industrial engineering data and fields of the routing in SAP, Check the adherence to planned working method and calculated cycle times.
- Carry out continuous improvement projects/workshops to reduce costs.
- Facilitate continuous in the plant, and monitor the progress of Cost Saving Program.
- Support the implementation of HelPS (Hella Production System) RoadMap, monitor and review the progress.
- Implement/roll out global standards related to continuous improvement, develop local process/standard related to continuous improvement if necessary.
- Conduct training on continuous improvement tools and methods.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor degree.
- Three years experience in manufacturing or engineering in an automotive manufacturing environment.
- Good knowledge of lean/continuous improvement, skilled in improvement tools and methods, and years of hands-on experience.
- Very good communication skills internally and externally
- Excellent computer skills.
