Primarily responsible for answering all incoming calls to the Oklahoma Heart Hospital Physician Clinic which includes over ninety physicians and sixty locations state wide.
Additional Responsibilities include:
- Responsible for routing calls to the appropriate personnel utilizing various systems while following HIPAA regulations at all times.
- Requires excellent customer service skills, must have attention to detail, following clinic operator protocols, procedures and policies at all times.
- Requires multitasking abilities and retaining substantial amounts of information to properly route all incoming calls.
- Responsible for scheduling patient testing and office visits following the set procedures, policies and protocols of the Oklahoma Heart Hospital Physicians.
- Responsible for managing one or more physicians’ schedules following their specific protocol.
- Responsible for accurately gathering and entering patient demographic and insurance information into the computer.
- Responsible for answering incoming scheduling calls timely and in a professional manner.
- Must be able to multitask and have excellent time management skills, be a self-starter and excellent team player.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
