Responsibilities:
Operate, monitor and maintain automated production line equipment (including robots)
Ensure smooth and efficient production processes
Start up, run and shut down automated production line as required
Perform regular inspections and preventive checks on machinery to prevent downtime
Able to monitor machine to maintain precision tolerances
Troubleshoot technical issues.
Conduct root cause analysis of equipment failure.
Document production activities
Lift up to 25 pounds
Perform review of Bill of material and material handling activities as needed
Experience Requirement:
Machine Operation experience in a production environment
Dependability and ability to adapt to change are essential
Basic computer skills for data entry and simple manipulation
Ability to read, write and communicate in English
