Position: Operations Support Specialist
Job Type: Part - Time
Syndetix is seeking an Operations Support Specialist to join our production team. In this position you will provide technical and administrative support for the day-to-day operation.
Basic Responsibilities:
- Assist process manager to create product work instructions.
- Maintain log of released documents and monitor for changes.
- Perform outgoing inspections on various items.
- Handle change request forms and maintain log of items.
- Assist process manager with quality control.
- Create product test reports.
- Maintain product documentation logs.
- Create and maintain electronic as-built product documentation logs.
- Other duties as required.
Qualifications and Experience:
Required:
High School diploma or equivalent.
Experience with standard office equipment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Detail-oriented, precise, organized, and proactive.
Must be a US Citizen.
