Operations Support Specialist

Position: Operations Support Specialist

Job Type: Part - Time

Syndetix is seeking an Operations Support Specialist to join our production team. In this position you will provide technical and administrative support for the day-to-day operation.

Basic Responsibilities:

• Assist process manager to create product work instructions.
• Maintain log of released documents and monitor for changes.
• Perform outgoing inspections on various items.
• Handle change request forms and maintain log of items.
• Assist process manager with quality control.
• Create product test reports.
• Maintain product documentation logs.
• Create and maintain electronic as-built product documentation logs.
• Other duties as required.

Qualifications and Experience:

Required:

High School diploma or equivalent.

Experience with standard office equipment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Detail-oriented, precise, organized, and proactive.

Must be a US Citizen.
