Responsibilities and Duties:
- Document Preparation: Prepare documents for scanning and execute scanning tasks with precision.
- Finishing Operations: Operate standard finishing equipment, including paper cutters, inserters, laminators, and hole punchers.
- Customer Job Handling: Act as the primary contact for receiving, reviewing, and electronically logging customer jobs.
- Asset Management: Apply asset tags, maintain updated databases, and track the movement of office equipment assets.
- Fax Processing: Process incoming and outgoing faxes, logging for billing purposes.
- Shipping and Handling: Wrap, pack, label, and ship finished products with care.
- Quality Inspection: Conduct basic quality inspections and troubleshoot production issues.
- Material Sorting: Sort and scan hardcopy materials for use in printed or digital formats.
- Equipment Operation: Operate low to mid-speed printers and copiers, performing operator maintenance as needed.
- Production Job Tracking: Estimate, schedule, and track incoming production jobs efficiently.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service environment.
- Post-high school technology training or experience (preferred).
- Demonstrated basic computer skills.
- Functional knowledge of PC, MS Office, and web access.
- Proficiency in email communication and data entry.
- Basic math skills (division, multiplication, percentages).
- Business maturity and professionalism.
- Lift and move up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, operate rolling carts, and perform various tasks.
