This role is responsible for working with the operations team to effectively obtain, analyze and distribute information related to air carrier security, web access and regulatory training requirements, as well as maintaining equipment maintenance and repair orders and reporting.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities including the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Responsible for onboarding VIP and other large customers and creating Standard Operating Procedures by working closely with our sales and operations teams. Analyzing the customer requirements, ensuring internal processes meet or exceed those expectations and design specific SOPs as required.
- Find solutions for optimizing the customer onboarding process and collaborate with the team to implement them.
- Manage and conduct onboarding meetings, company presentations, webinars and customer tools demos.
- Understand customer context, oversee goals, and provide product offering information to best serve those goals.
- Educate customers and work with the team to optimize their setup for the quickest path to success.
- Collaborate with the team and create a process to identify and eliminate roadblocks in the way of customers' goals.
- Help improve product offering adoption, customer retention and foster positive customer relationships that create a loyal customer base.
- Provide materials to help customers learn best practices to better achieve their desired outcomes.
- Support directors on special projects related to freight movement or other corporate initiatives. This includes analyzing, improving and formalizing processes and implement them through training and monitoring with the field operations team.
- Identify areas for performance improvement
- Maintain and develop the database in place for our international and domestic agent network.
- Actively participates in the development and implementation of change and innovations for improving productivity and the quality of service.
- Provide support to our field operation teams with assistance with managing shipments and handle RFQs when needed.
- Able to set and meet deadlines per internal and external customer expectations.
- Regular and predictable attendance is required.
QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. - High school diploma/GED required. Two years college with emphasis in business or transportation and two years related work experience in transportation; or 4 year's related work experience preferred.
- Proficient knowledge and understanding of freight operations required.
- Skillful at working with others and within company and government regulations to problem solve.
- Good written and verbal communication skills to effectively.
- Experience responding to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies.
- Ability to calculate freight rates, including the effect of dimensional weight. Calculation of amounts such as percentages, volume and discounts.
- Intermediate user of MS office products, must have experience working with and building Excel spreadsheets, Access and SharePoint.
- IATA DG and/or IMDG certified is a plus
- Able to work independently to meet deadlines and expectations.
- Demonstrate creativity and originality to accomplish desired results.
- This work is primarily accomplished working at a computer.
- Must be able to pass drug screen and background check.
- Must be able to pass Security Threat Assessment under TSA regulations
Ability to possess and maintain a TSA Security Threat Assessment(STA) with a status of Passed, or a TSA recognized equivalent. TSA recognized equivalents include a Secure Identification Display Area (SIDA) badge, Commercial Driver's License(CDL) with Hazmat Endorsement issued within the 50 States or District of Columbia, the Transportation Worker Identification Card(TWIC), or Free and Secure Trade(FAST) card issued by U.S. Customs and Border Protection. STA's will be submitted by Lynden Logistics upon job offer and renewed thereafter. Recognized equivalents must be current at time of application and successfully renewed by the applicant thereafter.
