TELEWORK IS CURRENTLY AVAILABLE, HOWEVER, STAFF MAY BE REQUIRED TO REPORT TO THEIR ASSIGNED HEADQUARTERS AS BUSINESS NEEDS ARISE.

The Command Center Division Personnel & Operations section is looking for an organized, highly engaged, and customer-centric analyst to join our team. We are a small group of supportive and dedicated individuals who are passionate about delivering quality products and services. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead projects, facilitate meetings, utilize your analytical skills, and gain a deep understanding of the division's operations and personnel section.
Under the general direction of the Chief of Staff, the analyst is responsible for addressing the people side of change to help ensure employees understand, commit, accept, and embrace change with minimal impacts on business for sustained changes. We are looking for candidates who have good communication and presentation skills, can build positive relationships with team members, management, and our business partners, and can manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines. You will collaborate with various teams across the Department, work directly with all levels of staff, and be responsible for managing multiple assignments, some of which have tight time constraints. This position is responsible for personnel, procurement, and facilities-related activities. Other duties include assisting the UI Branch Liaison with departmental support organizations, particularly with the Business Operations Planning and Support Division (BOPSD) and Information Technology Branch (ITB) in the area of facilities and Information Technology support.
This position includes flexible schedules with a hybrid remote/on-campus environment.

    Background Investigation Requirement
