Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations.
Manage and lead a team of employees, providing guidance and support
Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
Develop and implement strategies to achieve business goals and objectives
Monitor financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability
Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates and address any concerns
Maintain inventory control and order supplies as needed
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
Collaborate with other departments to optimize overall operations
Manage Safety, Compliance, Workers Compensation, and Training for the organization.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
