AddressThe Operations Supervisor - Technical Solution Advisors, is responsible for team productivity, and serves as a leader to Technical Solutions Advisors. To achieve this, the individual will work on developing the skills of the Technical Solution Advisors in the Integrated Technology Solutions organization.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Manage a team of Technical Solutions Advisors: Provide leadership to the team to ensure seller, customer, and Solution Architect needs are met. Manage and allocate workflow within the Technical Solution Advisor Team. Coach and develop the team of Advisors. Hire and train new and replacement Advisors.
- Process Improvement: Identify best practices and develop standardized operating procedures for ITS customer experiences. Develop collaborative relationships within internal CDW departments to enhance customer experience and optimize team productivity. Work with teams to ensure accurate monthly forecast of revenue contribution to Digital Infrastructure.
- Attend regular meetings with management teams to determine areas for process enhancement or improvement.
- Collaborate with Digital Infrastructure Solutions Manager to ensure consistent communication regarding accounted products, procedural changes, and opportunity registrations.
- Perform disciplinary counseling and terminations.
- Travel as needed to other CDW locations, meetings, and customer sites.
Education and/or Experience Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Two years of experience in a team lead or mentor type role
- Three-year experience with CDW
