WasteXperts, an on-site waste and recycling facilitator, is looking for an Operations Supervisor to join our Seattle South team in Tacoma, WA! Start your growing career with our team right after the holidays.
Our Operations Supervisors lead by example through coaching, training, and supporting our teammates in the field. They’ll provide safety rollouts, and quality assurance, act as a customer liaison, and collaborate with other stakeholders for company success.
Operations Supervisor Priorities:
- Uphold all safety measures to protect our teammates
- Ensure all customers are successfully serviced everyday
- Conduct quality assurance of sites to verify proper work procedures
- Monitor progress of daily operations and reassign employees and work as needed
- Receive and review customer complaints regarding collection programs
- Communicate and collaborate with Sales and Operations Support teams to facilitate quality service
- Perform regular coaching, probationary reviews, and performance evaluations
- Coordinate with management team to create short- and long-term goals for operations
- Oversee compliance programs, including OSHA, environmental, and local permitting as required

Qualified Operations Supervisors may have:
- 2+ years of supervising/managing in a dynamic, people-driven environment
- Work experience in warehouse, logistics, transportation, or similar industry
- Intermediate skills in MS Office and related business systems preferred
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday shifts, 3:30am start time
- Holiday availability as needed
- Overtime
