Compensation range: $70,000-77,000 BOE

Essential Job Duties:
- Leading with safety first by focusing on preventative measures
- Engaging, motivating, and helping others
- Ensures team has resources to do their job safely
- Coordinating with production scheduler to ensure orders are shipped in full and on time
- Partnering with the maintenance department to keep machines in good working order
- Helping team understand and adhering to quality standards of our customers
- Works to ensure a safe work environment and encourages adherence to safety guidelines
- Supervises personnel and ensures adherence to department/ company policies and procedures
- Performs personnel management duties including training, hiring, terminating, initiating disciplinary actions, completing performance reviews, monitoring and making departmental wage recommendations
- Ensures excellent customer relations
- Works with the purchasing team to monitor appropriate inventory levels
- Monitors costs of assigned area
- Performs other related duties as necessary
Operations Supervisor Requirements:
- Experience. Warehouse or Production Operations
- Physical. Ability to stand for 8-10+ hour work shifts
- Heavy Lifting. Ability to regularly lift 40+ lbs and on occasion lift 75 lbs .Consistently bend, twist, squat and reach throughout work shift
- Willingness. Must have the drive to learn
- Teamwork. Team focused approach to work
- Excellence. Excellent work ethic and attendance
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Minimum experience required- 1+ years of experience supervising workers and work groups in a related work environment such as production, warehouse, distribution
- Special skills required-Ability to develop, promote and maintain good customer relations and teamwork. Ability to maintain safe working environment
