Responsibilities
As an Operations Supervisor, your responsibilities encompass:
Customer Service:
- Exceptional Service: You will lead by example, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills when interacting with customers, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.
- Member Engagement: You will explain Unlimited Wash Club plans to members and promote their benefits effectively, helping to drive customer loyalty and satisfaction.
Team Leadership:
- Mentorship and Training: You will play a pivotal role in training and mentoring new employees in sales techniques and car loading procedures, ensuring they understand our brand's values and standards.
- Safety: Maintaining a safe working environment is paramount. You will promote a culture of safety among team members, conduct safety checks, and take corrective actions when necessary.
Operations Management:
- Efficiency: Maintaining the flow of operations is essential for providing a seamless customer experience. You will ensure that processes run smoothly and efficiently, proactively addressing any issues that may arise.
- Communication: Providing clear and effective communication to staff regarding their daily responsibilities and expectations is crucial for a well-functioning team.
Quality Control:
- Standards Adherence: You will familiarize yourself with the position playbook and hold team members accountable for following it consistently, ensuring that every aspect of the car wash meets our high-quality standards.
- Guest Experience: Aiming for a safe and fast experience for guests, you will efficiently move cars to the gates, process orders with a welcoming smile, and ensure that their visit exceeds expectations.
Cleanliness and Standards:
- Maintenance: Upholding Johnny Clean's cleanliness standards for the brand, building, and property is a core responsibility. You will oversee and participate in cleaning and maintenance tasks, ensuring they are completed promptly and thoroughly.

- Competitive Pay ($16 p/h) + COMMISSION (AVERAGE TEAM MEMBER in this position MAKES $20 - $25 p/h).
