Responsibilities:
Update shared drive daily by updating priority list
Update WIP sheet to reflect what batches should be made by priority and size
Schedule to the 10 day time fence daily, based on priority reports while also working with management and production.
Use SAP functions to determine batches to be scheduled
Review batches and check raw materials before issuing.
Work with label team and verify label availability before issuing
Issue batches to Low Flash to maintain production demands
Communicate daily with Resin to ensure resin demand meets production demand
Run SAP function to determine the amount of product to send to each location. Able to use discernment to determine destination and amount. Ensure 2x2 stickers are included in each packet.
Submit weekly transship reports
Work closely with corporate demand team on batches taking cancellations
Work with Corporate Supply Planner to schedule specials and ensure it is complete in the 15 day time period.
Schedule and maintain spread sheets on new products or projects as needed from Demand Planning.
Attend weekly corporate scheduling call each Monday and Specials call each Monday and Thursday.
Other duties as assigned.
Additional Responsibilities: (may vary based on business needs)
Provide administrative support to the Manufacturing Manager as needed.
Provide Functional Department Managers/Supervisors administrative assistance as approved/directed by the Manufacturing Manager.
Work and communicate with corporate operation planning department to implement scheduling methodologies.
Engage with Production teams to understand equipment capabilities and constraints to optimize scheduling.
Provides support to specific projects when assigned.
Qualifications:
High School degree or GED required, 2 year college preferred.
2+ years previous administrative experience.
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office.
SAP experience preferred.
Ability to analyze data and trends to predict inventory changes and detect errors in system data
Strong communications skills, both verbally and written.
Solid organizational skills and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and work on several assignments simultaneously.
Environment Factors and exposure throughout shift:
Follows all safety, environmental and regulatory guidelines and rules.
Uses required safety equipment, oversees quality and cleanliness of work area and equipment.
Ability to work overtime and weekends when required.
