Operations Research/Systems Analysis (ORSA) Analyst
Summary
This contract is in support of the United States Army Reserve Headquarters to provide Analyst Support Services for the United States Army Reserve Headquarters.
Job Description
- Develop, coordinate staffing, Publish Annex A (Task Organization USAR Available force)
- Comparative Analysis of Unit utilization to forecasted requirements
- Army plans modeling
- Customer administration and annual training
- Other duties
Qualifications
- The ORSA Analyst shall have, a minimum of five (5) years' experience in Operations Research/System analysis with at least three years of that experience being in a DoD Staff Environment
- Minimum of one year experience in planning, coordination and conducting analysis of LOE modeling and assessment of DoD Components
- One year experience in developing qualitative and quantitative metrics including Measures of Performance (MOPs) and Measures of Effectiveness (MOEs) to assess progress towards achievement of plans, objectives, and desired effects.
- The ORSA shall possess a minimum of a Bachelor's of Science degree in Operations Research, industrial/systems engineering, systems analysis, or a related field
- Bachelor's Degree or Higher
- Command and General Staff or Sergeants Major Academy Graduate
- 7 to 10 years of Army Reserve Experience
- Experience working at the Senior Staff
- Must have a Secret Clearance
