Streamline Defense is seeking an exceptionally-qualified candidate to serve as an Operations Research Systems Analyst (ORSA) at the Senior-level supporting the USINDOPACOM J2, located in Honolulu, HI.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- The ORSA designs, develops, and applies a variety of decision analytics, mathematical and statistical techniques, data mining, modeling and simulation, and other analytic methods combined with military and / or IC judgment to address operational and planning challenges to facilitate senior leadership decisions.
- Provides unique, and timely analysis on a range of pressing, operationally-focused issues using multi-source data in the context of interdisciplinary techniques and methods.
REQUIREMENTS
- Active TS/SCI security clearance. Must be willing to take a CI polygraph, if required.
- Master's degree and 12 years of experience. A Bachelor's degree and 17 years of experience may substitute in lieu of a Master's degree.
- Prior CCMD experience. Ability to work in a fast paced/high OPTEMPO environment.
- Experience with developing analytic methodologies, metrics, and decision criteria.
- Experience with leveraging scientific methods to inform qualitative and quantitative analyses.
- Experience with using automated statistical packages in support of analysis projects.
- Experience with preparing and presenting senior leadership briefings and papers.
