Operations Project Manager through June 2024 - Remote

Supporting in PST hours

Would you like to...

Provide operational program management support to execute the following activities:

  • Set up/management of tools (i.e.: SharePoint/OneDrive) and process to enable workflow management of customer evidence assets (e.g.: customer stories) between agencies providing translated/globalized content and internal clients teams and/or stakeholders.
  • Set up and own the end-to-end workflow process to facilitate processing of service requests for customer evidence assets (e.g.: customer stories) compliance reviews within client tools and publication via internal and external channels.
  • Learn and become an SME on the processes and apply extreme attention to detail as there are multiple variations and rules that need to be adhered to before service requests can be successfully submitted.
  • Ensure all required elements are available for the submission of customer evidence assets and if not following up with the respective asset owners to get the missing information.
  • Track service requests through the process from submission through publishing.
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders and functional teams for any clarification needed as customer evidence assets go through the compliance review process.
  • Interface regularly with our client and stakeholders providing status reporting/tracking updates on where all the requests are within the process.

  • Experience managing marketing, creative, content production, and technology projects.
  • Successful track record of managing multiple projects and workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong business operations understanding of how work moves end to end.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to learn and adapt to changes fast.
  • High level of follow-up and follow-through, excellent communication skills.
  • Capability to decisively prioritize, triage, and make real-time decisions.
  • Strategic thinking and adaptability to anticipate changes that could affect projects.
  • Excellent prioritization skills with an ability to operate in an ambiguous environment and provide direction to your team members.
  • BA/BS degree
  • 5+ years of proven operations and/or project management experience, preferably at a creative agency that includes technology focused projects.

Compensation Range: 80,000 - $90,000

This compensation range is indicative of the role. Compensation offered is on the basis of evaluation during interview process, the candidates range and depth of experience, business and market financials and internal pay parity.
