- More than 10 years of operation manager experience.
- The Operations Manager reports to the President
- Hosting the weekly operation meetings
- Direct responsibility for the teams supporting all operations, as a key member of the leadership team, Operations Manager will participate regularly in evaluating and establishing the business direction
- Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior
- Have excellent verbal, written communications, time management, attentive to details and organizational skills
- Must have strong interpersonal communication skills
- Must be motivated and determined
- Collaborates with executive leadership to develop and meet company goals while supplying expertise and guidance on operations projects and systems.
- Collaborates with other divisions and departments to carry out the organization's goals and objectives.
- Manages the day-to-day operations of the company
- As a strong sense of partnership with the rest of the team to fairly and speedily address issues that impact the efficiency of the team’s work environment.
- Comes up with creative solutions to solve office issues and effectively communicates solutions to the team.
- Proactive in addressing potential issues before they become a problem and approaches solutions in a collaborative manner; maintains conceptual flexibility in implementing the best solution.
- Have advanced proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Acknowledge of general corporate basic laws
- Analyzes operation business and staff performance along with workflow progress
- Establishes and implement just-in-time inventory and stocking level program that decreased overall inventory and increased inventory turns.
- Plans and coordinates numerous marketing and public relation events, trade shows resulting in constant event success.
- Ensures the shipment adheres to customs regulations
- Ensures that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specification
- Bilingual in English & Mandarin a must.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $106,197.00 - $115,373.00 per year
