Overview:

As Manager of Operations, you will be a key member of the Patient Services Operations Team, responsible for leading the pull-through of the Patient Support Program design and service offering. Specifically, the candidate will support managing the Insmed Patient Support Program(s) including daily operations, process improvement, operational excellence, measuring and monitoring performance metrics. Importantly, this role is an integral part of the overall Patient Services team and will be a key driver in delivering a streamlined on-boarding experience for patients.
Additional representative responsibilities will include, but not necessarily be limited to, the following:
- Operations management of Insmed Patient Support Program(s) focused on addressing day-to-day operational needs required to support program success
- Expert in Standard Operating Procedures, Workflows, Business Rules, Rules of Engagement, roles and responsibilities and other program documentation
- Subject Matter Expertise in system(s) functionality and support models
- Address team member questions with urgency
- Escalate and coordinate resolution of issues requiring leadership and/or cross-functional support
- Resolve system issues; work directly with IT and system vendor(s)
- Support system enhancements and upgrades, focused on testing and other requirements as needed
- Run daily reports to support leadership team’s KPI management; identify outliers, trends requiring attention
- Responsible for auditing individual case documentation, phone calls, etc. to manage program quality expectations
- Support Patient Services team training initiatives, as needed
- Assist in maintenance of program documentation, including SOPs, Business Rules, etc.
- Consistent communication and alignment with broader Patient Services Leadership Team to ensure successful delivery of department expectations
- Represents the department at organization meetings, as needed
- 5+ years background in Patient Services and/or Biotech operations roles
- Experience in rare and specialty products
- Travel and ability to attend meetings as required
- Demonstrated prioritization, organizational and analytical skills as well as the ability to create solutions for issues, gaps and opportunities
- Knowledge of HIPAA and OIG rulings that impact patient information/HiPPA
- Experience in biopharma space
