Position Summary:
Handyman Connection seeks an Operations Manager to drive excellence and growth. Reporting to the General Manager, you'll oversee recruiting, insurance negotiation, lead management, marketing, job site visits, logistics, payroll, and compliance.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead weekly meetings with GM and Visionary, as well as remainder of team.
- Manage recruiting and insurance negotiations.
- Oversee lead management, marketing, and text messaging.
- Conduct job site visits and manage logistics.
- Ensure compliance and budgeting for 2025.

- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proven track record in operations management.
- Strategic thinker with attention to detail.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years in construction operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management.
