This role will be responsible for the LUM Outbound Operation with a schedule: Monday through Friday 8a until Completion, with the ability to work weekends as needed.
- Hiring and termination decisions, coaching and development, rewards and recognition, performance management and staff productivity/resource management.
- Plan, organize, staff, direct and control the day-to-day operations of the warehouse; develop and implement policies and programs as necessary. Ensure team engagement and cooperation.
- Monitor work intake, productivity, and projects and assign work to the team accordingly. Monitor and manage work inventories to ensure adequate staffing and resources are available to meet performance guarantees and established goals are met and maintained. Must communicate effectively with staff, leadership, other McK partners and regulatory entities, thereby requiring excellent interpersonal skills, problem-solving skills, sound judgment, decisiveness, initiative, and a teamwork approach
- Communicate organizational and functional strategy and translate into individual and team goals, to ensure that team activities contribute to overall success of the business
- Develop and foster a coordinated, cohesive department that achieves measurable results
- Facilitate cooperation and develop relationships with internal departments and customers to achieve shared business goals
Critical Skills
- Previous management/supervisory experience
- Analytical ability to collect and analyze information, problem-solve, and make decisions
- Must have experience with safety compliance
- Must be a strategic thinker and plan work flow
- Must have proven leadership skills to make decisions based on business needs
- Experience managing exempt employees
- MS Excel, Word and database experience

- Very thorough knowledge of Operations Management

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Queen City Software or similar Warehouse Management Systems preferred

- Experience in an automated environment
- Knowledge with LMS(Labor Managment Systems)
Minimum Requirements
- Degree or equivalent experience. Typically requires 9+ years of professional experience and 1+ years of supervisory and/or management experience.
Physical Requirements
- Warehouse/distribution center environment
- Must be able to walk for the duration of the day throughout the operation.

$85,100 - $141,800
