- Engaging with stakeholders, serving as the linchpin in maintaining dynamic relationships with all partners, fostering a network built on mutual trust and shared goals.

- Ensure regulatory compliance, upholding the highest standards of compliance, particularly with ITAR and Hazardous materials, safeguarding our operations against legal and safety risks.
- Leading staff, cultivating a high-caliber team driven by innovation, accountability, and collective success.
- High School Diploma required. Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- A proven track record of at least 7 years in freight forwarding, with a spotlight on optimizing multi-modal logistics.
- Adeptness in CargoWise or similar platforms, evidenced by past projects that enhanced operational outcomes.
- Negotiation prowess and exceptional interpersonal skills with case studies of past successful partnerships.
- Strategic thinking and solution-driven approach with examples of complex challenges you've overcome.
- Leadership, with emphasis on team development and performance optimization.
- Deep understanding of international logistics regulations, expertise in compliance areas critical to our operations.
