Med-Dyne is seeking to fill the role of Operations Manager with a highly motivated individual who can work unsupervised in a fast-paced environment. Someone who enjoys responsibility, personal achievement, can think on their feet, and can make decisions quickly will be well suited for this role.
Background experience in general business operations required.
Med-Dyne is a small business; therefore, this position will have the opportunity to work closely with the President of the company on product design, development, and marketing. Sales, customer service, and administrative duties will all be included in daily tasks completed by the Operations Manager. A working knowledge of business practices and professional procedures is needed to be successful in this role.
Med-Dyne is also a manufacturing company; therefore, the Operations Manager will be responsible for implementing an already established robust quality management system. They will contribute to the continual improvement of our systems including inventory management, compliance, safety, and overall manufacturing processes. Again, general business background and knowledge will be beneficial to effectively implement these responsibilities.

We specialize in EKG and Respiratory monitoring accessories for babies and infants, as well as adult EEG monitoring accessories. Our state-of-the-art facility is in Louisville, KY and all products are proudly made in the U.S.A. The Med-Dyne team works hard to provide quality products, superior customer service, custom design services, and on time delivery for all our customers across America.

Hours are 9:00am – 5:00pm Monday – Friday.
